Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
